Our Mission

Since 1950, the Personal Counseling Program has been an integral part of the educational experience at Pasadena City College (PCC) and has been working with students to creatively handle the stresses of college life. We help students learn how to master these challenges to enhance their psychological, interpersonal, educational, and career development while at PCC and long after leaving the campus. We are committed to increasing awareness and knowledge and expanding resources for students to successfully meet and handle the challenges of encountering new ideas, relating to others from diverse backgrounds, and coping with the transitions of adulthood.
